With years of knowledge and experience in transforming my body and mind, I am dedicated to helping you build a strong body and mind. Let's embark on this fitness journey together!
Early Life and Journey to the USA
I was born and raised in Nepal and moved to the USA when I was 17. My primary goal was to obtain a quality education and support my family, it was challenging. Growing up, I struggled with being skinny fat and was unaware of my ability to transform both my body and mind.
Discovering Fitness
Shortly after arriving in the USA, I discovered the gym. Initially, I started working out to improve my appearance, attract girls, and fit in with my peers at school. After a year of consistent workouts, I began to understand the critical role that nutrition and diet play in achieving a fit body.
Nutritional Exploration
I educated myself by watching YouTube videos and following fitness influencers. This led me to experiment with various diets, including paleo, keto, intermittent fasting, full-day fasting, and low-carb diets.
Balancing Life and Fitness
Balancing school, work, and gym was not easy, but it was the life I chose. Proudly, I can say I have never skipped a workout in over six years. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, but working in tech did not bring me fulfillment.
Pursuing Passion in Exercise Physiology
Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology with the goal of becoming a coach. My mission is to help people become the best versions of themselves, both physically and mentally.

“Your body is the house you force to live in for the rest of your life. You don’t get to sell, you don’t get foreclosure, you can’t do a quick sale. All you can do is to modify and improve it. Or you can tarnish it. One house to live in, man. What kind of house do you want to live in?”– Greg Plitt
